Matt and Suki Genova
Orange County native and longtime Newport Beach resident Matt Genova brings an impressive breadth of marketing, sales, real estate and design experience to his thriving practice at Arbor Real Estate. In addition to being a seasoned property investor and owner in the local market, Genova also applies his extensive experience in creating home product and lifestyle brands to benefit his clients, ensuring that his listings are powerfully positioned and exposed for expedient and profitable sales in a dynamic market. A forward-thinker who embraces emerging technology and social platforms to realize success in an ever-changing real estate landscape - Genova finds Arbor’s hyper-local philosophy, community enrichment and personalized marketing platform a perfect complement to his approach.
Suki Genova joined Saltwater Sales in 2021 and serves as the teams’ transaction coordinator and resident “team mom” keeping transactions flowing and the rest of the crew in line. Prior to coming on board, she ran the finances and human resources for a large, local hospitality business.
The Genova’s primary focus at Arbor is serving clients on the Balboa Peninsula, in Newport Heights and the Dover Shores areas of Newport Beach with experience stretching from Huntington Beach to San Clemente. They are well known for their exceptional sales and negotiation skills, their vast network of buyer prospects, and a sterling reputation for service while maintaining the ability to collaborate with other agents to ensure transactions close smoothly and successfully.

Married for over 27years, they live in Newport Beach where they raised their three sons, Jake, Luke and Trey. When not working, the couple are passionate about participating in the community they love for its laid-back vibe, traveling to warm places and taking walks on the beach with their two energetic mutts.
